How to install Zumpul
A super administrator of your Google Workspace domain installs Zumpul once, for the whole domain, from the Google Workspace Marketplace. People who are not admins cannot install it themselves.
Install it for the domain
These steps match the public listing as read on October 18, 2026. The listing shows an Install button and the label Admin managed. It does not show a separate control named Domain install on the public page.
- Open the Zumpul listing in the Google Workspace Marketplace. The listing name is “Zumpul email signature marketing tool”.
- Sign in as a super administrator and choose Install. The listing is marked Admin managed, so this install is for the domain, not a personal Gmail account.
- Read the permissions Google shows and accept them if you want Zumpul to manage signatures for the domain. The listing’s Permissions section is the list the admin is asked to approve.
- Sign in to Zumpul at https://accounts.zumpul.com/login. The listing’s support link is https://accounts.zumpul.com.
Why it asks for administrator permissions
The listing describes Zumpul as a way to set signatures for the whole organization, or for selected people, from one place. It is marked Admin managed, and the permissions it shows include “Manage the email settings of users on your domain.” A domain administrator has to approve that install. The privacy policy says the app does not load group data today; group-based signature assignment is described there as under development.
The privacy policy on this site says Zumpul uses OAuth and does not work with consumer @gmail.com accounts. It says directory access is used to read users and organizational units, and Gmail settings access is used to update each user’s signature. The same policy is the place to read what this site already states about each scope it documents.
If the app says “Installation required”
The domain does not have Zumpul installed yet. Signing in does not install it. A super administrator has to complete Install on the Marketplace listing above.
If the app says “Not an admin”
The Google account you used is not an administrator of that domain. Zumpul still has to be installed by an admin. You can ask an admin to do it, or book a demo.
Not an admin?
Ask a super administrator to install Zumpul for the domain. Two ways to move that forward:
Invite your admin opens an email with no recipient. The subject and message explain what Zumpul is and include the Marketplace link. You choose who to send it to.
